When you contract with LRae the below rules will apply:
- Prices are set by LRae per each individual project, it's difficulty, and overall time required to meet the Ready Date.
- LRae will suggest a price point and the customer will ultimately decide and agree upon the Rate.
- LRae takes time. It could be up to a month *or possibly more, until your creation is ready, depending upon the complication of the art and ideas.
- When you make a contract with LRae, there will be a monetary NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. which will be 20% of the original Price Of The Item.
- This non refundable deposit ensures you will have your creation, and keeps LRae excited to show you her work.
- There will be a written Bill Of Sale for the customer, showing the Ready Date, the amount of deposit rendered, and any remaining amount of money owed to LRae when the project is ready.
- At the Ready Date, if you are dissatisfied with your LRae product in any way, LRae can try to alter it's look to your satisfaction within 7 business days.
- If after 7 business days you are still dissatisfied, you may forfeit the LRae product back to LRae *(unless you brought in your own piece) and you will not owe the remaining amount of money. LRae will keep the Non-Refundable Deposit. which is 20% of the original price.
- If you do not claim your personalized LRae product within 30 days of the Ready Date, LRae will attempt one (1) of the following: a contact call, text, or email.
- If no contact is made with the purchaser within 2 business days of LRae's attempt, the purchaser will then agree to forfeit their LRae product back to the company along with the 20% Non-Refundable Deposit.
- We can ship to you! If you request an LRae by mail, be advised that LRae will add all applicable shipping charges to your final order.
- LRae products are One In a Million and are Priced Accordingly.
